How can i loosen my muscles?

i had volleyball camp yesterday and woke up this morning hardly able to walk....my arm muscles hurt but not too badly.....but my quads (leg muscles) hurt really badly i can't walk down the stairs it hurts to go from standing to sitting and sitting to standing..... is there any way i can loosen them up so that they don't hurt so badly?
