I've done this before this girl i really liked in school i couldnt take my eyes off of her and when she turned to me i got nervous and said something stupid or acted like i was looking at somewhere else and i really like her. as for what he might be thinking it depends on the type of person he is if he gives kind of a "hey sexy" look that means he just wants to get in your pants. But if its kinda of a " woooow" stare it means he either really likes u, thinks your just beautiful, or is just kinda shy to say anything so he just fantasies about being with you, And he semi he might think about having sex with I mean we're only human.
