How to deal with an arrogant cocky guy in a classy way?

I think he can tell you're slightly attracted to him, that's why he keeps at it. Are you? Don't get sucked in to his exchange of insults. When he says "hello", say it back and excuse yourself to somewhere else. When he texts, unless it's a "real" question, don't text back. It's not rude to not get into exchanging insults or texting back from a statement.
