Wisdom teeth stitches gone?

I got both my lowered wisdom teeth removed on Friday and my stitches loosened up on Sunday. Then today (Monday), after eating oatmeal and rinsing with salt-warm water, the stitches were gone. The opening of the right side is bigger than the left side. Should I restitch them or is it normal? Also does the blood clot cover the top part of the opening or from the inside up? Meaning does it just covers the opening or does it fill it up. I really don't want an infection and/or dry sockets...
